Event Cancellation Option 

Refund is the ticket cost and applicable tax less a $20 card processing fee). For example, a $150 ticket plus tax of $10.50 = $160.50 less $20 processing fee. Refund would be $140.50. 

If Central Iowa experiences inclement weather leading up to or on the day of the event, please use precaution, plan your route and travel time accordingly, and check the Iowa DOT website for road conditions and closures.  

We will attempt to contact ticket holders asap via social media and by phone if Alta House cancels the event.

For those who purchase the non-refundable cancellation option, we will process the refund within 5-7 days after the event. The credit may take 7-14 days to process to your card/account.
